Start with the match
Our Barbados coverage begins at Kensington Oval. The wider circuit below comes from named CWI programmes: the Australian Tests in 2025 used Barbados, Grenada and Jamaica, while the 2026 Sri Lanka and Pakistan Tests took place in Antigua and Trinidad and Tobago. Those seasons have elapsed. The table is a record of Test hosting, not a list of matches you can still attend.
Barbados received New Zealand ODIs in July 2026, illustrating why an international allocation needs its format checked. The next confirmed Kensington Test is not yet in this guide. Use a fresh CWI announcement to settle the opponent, ground and complete match dates; an itinerary headed simply “Caribbean cricket” leaves too much undecided.
For a two-Test holiday, treat the transfer as a journey in its own right. Work out which airport or other terminal serves each booking, whether the timetable leaves a comfortable connection, and where your luggage will be between hotels. Avoid putting a departure immediately after an assumed final session. A match can end early, but your transport should also work if it lasts its scheduled duration.
When sales open, follow the board’s authorised route and compare admission products carefully. Look for the included days, currency, visitor eligibility and collection arrangements. Seat descriptions, bag permissions and access assistance belong to the particular host. Kensington’s guidance is useful for Barbados; it does not settle entry rules at an Antigua or Trinidad venue.
Use the overseas planning guide to organise documents and travel checks for every country in your itinerary. Within this collection, the Kensington page provides a starting list of questions for the venue. It deliberately distinguishes published general guidance from arrangements that still need confirmation for the match you choose.
